I want to return or exchange a product, what do I do? 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges 

Contact me: within 14 days 

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery 

 

Cancellations 

I allow a two-day lead time on shipping for any order amendments. Please contact me if there is something wrong with your order 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged 

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

  • custom / personalised orders
  • items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Please contact me to arrange a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging.
