MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS
At Ocelot Studio, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our Made-to-Order and Custom pieces. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns as they are crafted specifically at your request.
We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully and double-check your measurements before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing or customisation options, please don't hesitate to contact us before making your purchase. We're here to help.
Cancellations: We allow a two-day lead time on processing Made to Order and Custom orders to allow for any order amendments and cancellations. Please contact me if there is something wrong with your order or your wish to cancel. Cancellations after this time period will not be accepted.
READY MADE & ARCHIVE
I offer a 14-day return policy for all Ready Made and any vintage Archive products.
All you have to do is contact me within 14 days of receipt of your garment / product to arrange a return. If more than 14 days has passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund.
Please note that a garment / product not in its original condition, is damaged, has evidently been worn / washed or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is exempt from being returned and will not be refunded.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please contact me to arrange a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging.
RETURNS PROCESS
E-mail to arrange a return at hello@ocelotstudio.uk within 14 days of delivery receipt
Confirmation of the return address will be provided
Return the garment / product within 15 days of receipt of return address
A refund will be processed at the soonest opportunity and no longer that 14 days of the returned garment / product being received and confirmed as eligible for return
